This Privacy Policy explains what information toolpermarket ("we", "us", "the site") does and does not collect when you use our tools, and how third-party advertising will work on this site once enabled.

1. Our privacy-first approach

toolpermarket is designed so that the tools themselves work without sending your data anywhere. The overwhelming majority of our utilities — calculators, converters, formatters, image tools, and generators — run entirely in your web browser using JavaScript. The text, numbers, files, and images you enter are processed on your own device and are not uploaded to, stored on, or transmitted to our servers.

2. Information we do not collect

• We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email, or personal details to use a tool.
• We do not save the contents you type, paste, or upload into any tool.
• Images and files you open in our image tools never leave your browser.

3. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the date and time of your request. This information is used for security, to diagnose problems, and to understand aggregate traffic. It is not used to personally identify you.

4. Cookies

toolpermarket itself uses few or no first-party cookies for the core tools to function. However, third-party services we plan to use — primarily advertising — may set cookies on your device once ads are enabled. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time; note that blocking some cookies may affect how ads are shown but will not stop the tools from working.

We group cookies as follows:

• Strictly necessary: none are required for the tools to function. Your input is processed locally in your browser and is never uploaded, so the tools work without any session or preference cookies.
• Advertising: once ads are enabled, these will be set by Google AdSense and its advertising partners for ad delivery and personalization. They are third-party cookies and are set only where permitted by law.

4a. Consent for visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland

Once ads are enabled, if you visit from the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, advertising cookies will not be set until you give consent. We use Google's certified Consent Management Platform (CMP), which presents a consent banner on your first visit from those regions and records your choice in line with the EU ePrivacy Directive, GDPR, and the UK PECR. You can review, change, or withdraw your consent at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Non-personalized ads may still be shown where consent is withheld.

5. Third-party advertising (Google AdSense)

This site plans to be supported by advertising and may use Google AdSense to display ads once enabled. In connection with serving ads:

We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand which tools are used most, so we can improve them and decide what to build next. Any such analytics are used in aggregate and are not used to identify individual visitors.

7. Third-party links

Our pages may link to external websites we do not control. This Privacy Policy applies only to toolpermarket. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

8. Children's privacy

toolpermarket is a general-audience website and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK) or CCPA (California), including the right to access, correct, or delete personal data and to opt out of personalized advertising. Because our tools do not collect personal data from your input, most requests relate to advertising cookies, which you can control using the opt-out links in Section 5 or your browser settings.

We take reasonable measures to keep the site secure and served over HTTPS. Because tool data stays in your browser, the most effective protection for your input is that it is never transmitted in the first place.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
